To ensure the highest level of care and personalized service, appointments must be reserved at least 2 hours in advance and are secured with full prepayment. Cancellations or rescheduling made 48 hours or more prior to your appointment may be made without charge. Changes within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% service fee, and no-show appointments will be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding.
